WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 624 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 32 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 5%. 307 active cases have recovered. This brings the number of active infections to 1214.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 71 people are now in the hospital. 29 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 5 people from Curaçao still in the Aruban hospital. They are all in the intensive care unit.
Unfortunately, 1 has died making the total now 104 deaths. This person died at home on an earlier date but was not registered.
