WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1736 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 56 of them resulted positive. 47 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 476.
According to the epidemiology department, no imported cases were detected.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 26 cases are in the hospital. 16 COVID-related cases are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 1 person has died in the hospital.
