WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1836 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 59 of them resulted positive. 58 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 646.
According to the epidemiology department, there are no imported cases. After a thorough investigation it has been noted that 1 case was registered incorrectly, the necessary adjustment has been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 12 cases are in the hospital. 3 COVID-related cases are in the ICU. 1 person is completely vaccinated.
