WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1944 people that were tested on Saturday for the COVID-19 virus, 9 of them resulted positive. 14 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections was 167.
According to the epidemiology department, 5 imported cases were detected.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 17 cases are in the hospital. 5 COVID-related cases are in the ICU. One of the patients is from Bonaire. Unfortunately, 1 person has died in the hospital.
