WILLEMSTAD - Starting January 1, 2021, Curaçao distinguishes only countries, regions or places of low risk and high risk. This means that all countries that are not on the low risk list, automatically are under the list of high risk.
Travelers from a country, region or place categorized as high risk must take a PCR-test a maximum of 72 hours prior to traveling to Curaçao and fill out the Passenger Locator Cart (PLC) via www.dicardcuracao.com.
To be able to travel to Curaçao from a country, region or a place categorized as low risk, travelers should only fill out the Passenger Locator Card (PLC) via www.dicardcuracao.com.
It is good to note that all measures pertaining to moderate risk will remain valid, meaning a PCR test and PLC before traveling and no mandatory quarantine once in Curaçao.
