Main news | By Correspondent August 24, 2021

KRALENDIJK - Bonaire has put a stop to the travel bubble with Curaçao and Aruba for the time being. Both islands are on code red due to the high number of infections.

All travelers to Bonaire must take a PCR test no later than 48 hours before departure if they want to visit the island, regardless of whether they are vaccinated. Non-vaccinated persons are required to take another antigen test on arrival, unless they have taken a PCR test within 24 hours before departure.

In addition, a health declaration must be completed for all travelers 72 hours to 48 hours before departure.

The rules apply to everyone from the age of 12.
