WILLEMSTAD - The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) will start this week with the Economic Survey in Curaçao for the year 2020.
The aim of this survey is to provide up-to-date information on business and economic developments on a frequent basis. The questions concern, among other things, estimates of the turnover for the year 2020. In addition, there are also questions that relate to the entrepreneur's assessment of a number of indicators such as investment obstacles, competitive position, business confidence and investment climate.
The survey will be conducted among all companies with ten or more employees, while a sample will be taken of companies with fewer than ten employees. In total, around 900 companies will be approached by the CBS. The companies will be approached online.

The research will be carried out completely confidentially in accordance with the statistic law.
