WILLEMSTAD - The CMC makes an urgent appeal to everyone to adhere to the officially applicable testing procedure for Covid-19 and not just come to the emergency room.
In case of symptoms, everyone should report to their doctor. Due to the high number of Covid admissions, the CMC is currently unable to conduct tests if there is no further reason for a hospital visit.
The emergency room is currently only available for patients who need emergency care. The hospi-tent is currently not in use, says the hospital.
The number of patients in intensive care has now risen to 14 and there is only room for 16 in the ICU. A total of 34 COVID-19 patients are in hospital.
