WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology team has made a correction to the number that was reported this morning September 28, 2020.
According to the team, for unknown reasons two cases have reappeared on the list of new cases they have received from the laboratory. The two positive cases were already known.
This means that there are seven active cases who recovered. There are four new cases today. Three of them are linked to known cases and one is linked to an unknown source.
Currently, there are two persons in the CMC hospital.
The epidemiology team continues its contact tracing efforts but asks everyone to remain safe and adhere to hygiene and social distancing rules.
The total cases since the outbreak of the pandemic are 364. Curaçao currently ahs 215 active cases. 148 have already recovered. Unfortunately, one person has died.
