WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao reports that there are 27 new COVID-19 cases on the island. This is the result after 282 people were tested. The epidemiology team is still investigating the cases to find out the sources.
8 active case have recovered, and the total active cases remain at 1,679.
Currently there are 18 people in the CMC hospital with COVID-19 symptoms. 7 of them are in intensive care.
11 have died due to the virus.
