WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao reports that there are 33 new COVID-19 cases on the island. This is the result after 246 people were tested. 2 cases are imported. 16 of these cases are linked to known ones, the other 15 are being investigated by the epidemiology team through contact tracing efforts.
5 active cases have recovered which brings the total active cases to 410.
Currently there are 8 people in the CMC hospital with COVID-19 symptoms. 3 of them are in intensive care. 2 have died.
