WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao reports that there are 79 new COVID-19 cases on the island. This is the result after 369 people were tested. 23 of these cases are linked to known ones, the other 56 are being investigated by the epidemiology team through their contact tracing efforts.
15 active case have recovered which brings the total active cases to 590.
Currently there are 8 people in the CMC hospital with COVID-19 symptoms. 1 of them is in intensive care. 3 have died.
