WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao reports that there are 9 new COVID-19 cases on the island. This is the result after 196 people were tested. 1 of these cases is imported. 2 are linked to known ones and the other 6 are still being investigated by the epidemiology team through contact tracing.
22 active cases have recovered which brings the total active cases to 260.
Currently, there are 5 people in the CMC hospital with COVID-19 symptoms. 1 of them is still in intensive care.
