Healthcare must hand in 70 million for a new hospital

WILLEMSTAD - If health care fails to cut back 70 million guilders, it will have consequences for the government budget. This is according to the Advisory Council.

That amount must be saved in the coming year. Among other things to be able to pay the operating costs of the new hospital. There is a deficit of 59 million guilders. The government believes it can save 34 million guilders in pharmaceutical care.

The specialist medical care must surrender 17 million and 19 million must be saved on travels for medical treatments, e.g. to Colombia.
