WILLEMSTAD - The number of corona infections in Curaçao has risen considerably again. On Thursday, 217 new cases were reported.
There are currently eleven corona patients in the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC). Five of them are in intensive care.
A total of 2,887 tests were administered. 217 people tested positive for the virus. Eleven of these infections came from abroad. 17 people were declared cured. This brings the total number of active cases to 662, two hundred more infections than Wednesday.
