WILLEMSTAD - Today, Tuesday and Friday, the government will talk to various interest groups about the question "how to proceed, after a large part has been vaccinated".
Prime Minister Rhuggenaath said this today during a recent briefing on the easing of the COVID-19 measures. Representatives from tourism, education, businesses, among others, will meet to talk during a so-called "national assembly".
The aim is to develop protocols so that further strengthening of measures is no longer necessary in the future.
The prime minister did not give details, but it is believed that the assembly is to discuss how to deal with vaccinations among staff and among customers/visitors.
The Prime Minister did emphasize that it is important for tourism to be able to promote Curaçao as a safe, stable holiday destination.
