WILLEMSTAD - Tourists from non-European countries cannot participate in major events in Curaçao. As of today, visitors to events on the island must show a valid QR code, which is linked to the EU Digital Covid-19 Certificate (DCC).
The QR code serves as an official ticket for events with more than a hundred visitors. Fully vaccinated tourists from the United States and other non-European countries cannot access parties and concerts at hotels and catering establishments. Their vaccination is not linked to DCC's QR code.
At the events, it is checked whether the visitors have a valid QR code.
