WILLEMSTAD - On December 11, the Curaçao Refinery (RdK) issued a press release informing the community that the date for the submission of the binding proposals was extended to 18th of December.
On that date 3 offers were received which will now be analyzed. The preferred bidder will be selected for the refinery assets from these offers, after which the negotiations will start with the aim of signing a final agreement by the end of February coming.
RdK will continue to inform the community on this important process to revitalize the oil industry in Curaçao.
