Main news | By Correspondent May 31, 2021

WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath just announced during a special briefing that residents who have been vaccinated for more than 2 weeks and who are traveling from a high-risk country no longer need to take a PCR test. The antigen test which must be taken 3 days after arrival remains mandatory. They need to have their proof of vaccination with them when entering the island.

The Premier also announced that a travel bubble has been formed between Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. This means that no PCR test is required starting June 3, and an antigen test is also no longer necessary. Residents from Curaçao do not have to take the PCR test anymore when traveling between the islands.
