WILLEMSTAD - Starting Friday October 23, all passengers who want to travel to Curaçao, must complete the Passenger Locator Card (PLC) as part of the COVID-19 policy.
The PLC can be filled out on dicardcuracao.com.
This adjustment means that it is not necessary anymore to do a PCR test to travel from Aruba to Curaçao.
Take note that this requirement is only valid for Aruban residents or any persons who were in Aruba for a period of fourteen (14) days or more.
If the passenger is on transit from a medium-risk country, he/she must upload the negative result of a PCR test (not older than 72 hours before the flight from the medium-risk country), together with the other information on dicardcuracao.com.
Travelers on transit from high-risk countries, can travel to Curaçao only after they have received written exemption from www.gobiernu.cw/reisverificatie.
