The NHC has just released their 11 pm update on the PTC 2 and has shown some changes. The system is now moving due west at 17 mph and is now expected to move further south compared to the previous forecast.
Bonaire is now under a tropical storm watch as well as the coast of Venezuela from Pedernales to Cumana, including Islas de Margarita, Coche, and Cubagua.
Interests elsewhere in the Windward Islands, the northern coast of Venezuela, Curacao, Aruba, and the northeastern coast of Colombia should monitor the progress of this system.
