Corendon Arranges Repatriation Flight for Stranded Passengers from Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD – A repatriation flight from Germany arrived this morning at Hato International Airport to bring Corendon passengers who were stranded on Curaçao back to the Netherlands.

The aircraft landed at around 9:00 a.m. and is scheduled to depart again this evening at approximately 7:00 p.m. local time. The flight is being operated with an Airbus A340-313 from the German airline Universal Sky Carrier.

The aircraft departed from Frankfurt on Wednesday evening and arrived at Hato International Airport early Thursday morning, as previously announced.

According to information provided, the aircraft was leased by Corendon in cooperation with W2Fly to carry out the repatriation operation.

The special flight is intended to ease the situation for passengers who were unable to return to the Netherlands earlier due to flight disruptions in recent days.
