WILLEMSTAD – Corendon Dutch Airlines is opening an exceptional opportunity for Curaçao residents who aspire to a career in aviation.
For the first time, the airline is recruiting locally on Curaçao for the position of Service Attendant, with the possibility of advancing to Cabin Attendant within one year. New crew members will operate flights between Curaçao and Amsterdam, with Curaçao as their permanent home base.
With this recruitment initiative, Corendon Dutch Airlines aims to give Curaçao residents the chance to bring their hospitality, Caribbean warmth and positive energy to one of the most popular routes in the airline’s network.
The airline is looking for true people-oriented candidates who are friendly, empathetic and service-driven—individuals who can remain calm and positive even during busy flights.
Corendon Dutch Airlines is known for its enthusiastic crew, upbeat atmosphere and strong family spirit. In cooperation with World2Fly’s crew, that same energy is now being brought to the Curaçao–Amsterdam route. By recruiting locally, Corendon wants to incorporate authentic Caribbean hospitality into the passenger experience.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, fluent in both Dutch and English, and able to swim (swimming certificate required). Candidates must also be available for training starting 1 February 2026. The application deadline is 24 December 2025.
