WILLEMSTAD – Police arrested a man on Tuesday evening along the Caracasbaaiweg after he allegedly threatened his mother with a knife. The arrest was confirmed in a press release issued by the Police Force Curaçao (KPC).
Officers were dispatched to the scene, where they encountered both the suspect and his mother. A preliminary investigation revealed that the alleged threat occurred following an argument between the two.
The suspect, a 22-year-old man, has been taken into custody and remains detained pending further investigation. Police have not released additional details about the incident at this stage.
