WILLEMSTAD – Dutch law firm Moszkowicz Advocaten has entered into a collaboration with ST Legal Solutions on Curaçao, resulting in the opening of its own office on the island. The expansion was announced by Yehudi Moszkowicz.
As part of the partnership, the firm will operate from the Cas Coraweg in Willemstad. According to Moszkowicz, the decision follows a noticeable increase over the past year in clients of Curaçaoan origin, both in the Netherlands and on Curaçao.
Moszkowicz, who comes from a well-known Dutch legal family, visits the island regularly and described establishing a local presence as a logical next step given the growing cross-border legal demand.
The cooperation with ST Legal Solutions is intended to strengthen the firm’s connection with local legal practice and enhance its service offering within the region.
Moszkowicz Advocaten stated that the Curaçao office will allow for closer client engagement and improved handling of legal matters with ties to both Curaçao and the Netherlands.
