WILLEMSTAD – The Permit Desk of the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Services has announced a temporary interruption of its Digital Permit Desk due to a scheduled technical update.
According to the ministry, the Digital Permit Desk will be unavailable on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During this period, system access will be temporarily suspended to carry out essential technical improvements.
The ministry has asked the public for understanding and assured that alternative channels will remain available to assist applicants during the interruption.
Residents can contact the Permit Desk via telephone at 433-3123 or through WhatsApp at 433-3127. Assistance is also available through the Permit Desk’s official Facebook page, Lokèt di Pèrmit, and Instagram account, @loket.di.permit.
The Permit Desk is located at Saliña 127, Eurobuilding (near Subway). Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The ministry emphasized that the technical update is intended to improve the reliability and performance of the digital services provided to the public.
